Identify surfaces, soilage and its cleaning procedures US
Learners working towards this standard will be learning towards the full qualification, or will be involved in or working within a cleaning services environment. The learner will be able to identify surfaces, soilage and apply the appropriate cleaning technique to it within a commercial, textile, domestic, health care, food handling and industrial cleaning area. The learner will further be able to:
1. Identify hard and resilient floor surfaces
2. Identify above the floor surfaces
3. Identify soft and upholstered surfaces
4. Identify soils in a commercial environment
5. Identify cleaning and maintenance procedures for different surface types
